You can order products on this website. If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced within immediately so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purposes. We will use the information you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our services and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prices

We try to make sure that our prices on our websites are accurate, however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or of the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order. You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of any delivery costs. Goods sent out on account are subject to strict 30 day payment terms. Discounted prices are based on payment within these payment terms.

Payment

Your credit/debit card will be billed in the name of AJS Sports & Teamwear LTD. You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, or Solo card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using PAYPAL. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds and include vat where applicable. Our contract is with the person, group or organisation, which places the order. We can invoice a third party on your behalf however you will remain guarantor until payment has been received in full and final settlement. Our invoices also act as an order confirmation. Please check all details and descriptions including sizes, quantities and colours.
